Items:
Blue Potion: Restore HP
Dark Blue Potion: Restore more HP
Yellow Potion: Restore MP
White Potion: Restore HP and MP
Green Potion: Cure status ailment (poison, sleep)
Bone: Favorite chew-toy of your dog, Alf.
Topazos Quoll: Permanently increases Max MP (dropped by some enemies, looks like an orange test-tube vial with a black cap)
Note on Items: When selecting an item, you are given a choice to "Use it now" or "Put in pocket". Click the second option (pocket), then click where you want to put it. When in battle, you can ONLY use objects in your pocket, so stock potions (not keys or bones).
Be sure to equip armor and weapons, when you find them. Swords will increase their damage and chance to hit as you level them up, and the better swords (generally lower in the list, with the exception of Magic Sword) increase more per level.
Spells: (That I've found so far)
15: Fire
35: Ice
8452: Lightning
96251: Light
7895123: Death
412563: Trap Detect
963574: Heal HP
14753: Fire Defense
36951: Ice Defense
8459: Lightning Defense
96257: Light Defense
789514: Death Defense
2657: Poison Defense
3265: Sleep (cast on enemy)
23658: Heals (cure status)
951: Sword (see below)
14789632: Loud (triples elemental attacks)
Notes on spells:
7 8 9
4 5 6
1 2 3
I used the 9-digit number pad on the keyboard (like above) to simulate the touch-screen. It's awkward, but gets the job done for now (I might make icons).
You can click-and-draw to cast spells, or tap each square individually (they won't show up, but it works), then press "Attack".
"Trap Detect" will put a big red arrow over any treasure chests that are booby-trapped, for a short time.
"Sword" enhances your attack ability. You use it in conjunction with elements. Enter the element, then the sword command, then press the "attack" button. Fire Sword is 15951. Ice sword is 35951. There may be other "combination" spells as well, experiment! ("Loud" works the same way)
Things I have learned from talking to creatures and exploration:
Control is done entirely with the arrow keys, and touch-screen.
When (?) appears when locking-on to an object, you must interact with the touch-screen or microphone. If you can't figure out how to move forward, and see (?), blow into the microphone!
Otherwise, if a door won't open, you probably need to use a (specific) key. The names of the keys are all in Japanese.
Blue teleporters always take you to the same place. Orange teleporters behave differently, though I'm not yet sure what influences them. (I think they cycle, every time you step into the same one it'll bring you to a different place)
Double-tapping left or right will make you side-step.
In a bottom-left of the woods area, there is a room with two rabbits in the entrance hallway, warning you that this is a dangerous room. There are skulls who cast "death" spell at you. Use Anti-Death (not 100% effective) and ranged spells to survive. At the end is a sword whose tip is wider than its base, with runes on the side. It is the "Magic Sword", and will increase your magic ability, but greatly decrease your attack. So immediately equipping it is not the best option.
"Killing Gold Slimes will often get you a rare item."
"Sometimes there are small enemies that don't show up on radar. They will often leave rare items. "
Purple dialog boxes are things being said to you. Teal dialog boxes are your character speaking. It's unusual to see actual two-way dialog in this kind of game.
I believe "Keitai Story" is the original version of the game that was made for cell phones.
I've been skipping most of the plot (reading Japanese is hard for me), but they keep highlighting the word 「想い」 ("omoi"), implying that this world exists in the mind/imagination. Your character is trying to figure out what is going on, and find his mother, father, and dog (named "Alf").
Cursed Sword and Cursed Armor (both black & red): Very powerful, but "Enemy appearance rate +200%"
To find the Resurrection Spell (再生の呪文), you must backtrack through the one orange teleporter, near the very end of the sky area. It will randomly take you to two places.
If anyone has any specific questions, please ask. I'm quite a ways into the game myself. If you can't figure out where to go next, blow into the microphone where you see (?) when locking on! (sometimes you have to do it quite hard)
